Car in for a free winter check. Found one of my lights not working, this was sorted it quickly. Efficient and friendly service.
Extremely disappointed with the service provided by this garage.I was charged for my service more than going to a specialist would cost me, not to mention at the end of my service I have been handed disturbingly long list of "faults" which were not even spelled correctly!? (my favorite being "Disc Worm") I couldn't believe the amount of faults considering the car was driving perfect and I have decided to visit BMW specialist who I had to pay yet again for peace of mind, and to my surprise the BMW specialist confirmed that more than half of the faults were non existent! And also made me aware that Halfords didn't even top up my dangerously low Breaking Fluid which should have been done as it was part of service.Anyway to finish the story: Never again, will I use any Halfords autocentre and I highly advise others to also avoid making same mistake and wasting hundreds of pounds!
Have always found Ben and his team excellent. Free safety checks and advice as well as good work on my car & always let me know in (unlikely) event anything 'extra' is advised (& never pushy). Went for Duxback again this time: always amazed at how fab that stuff is in rubbish weather!
Had an Mot there recently and found the staff to be helpful, wasn't pressurised at all with regard an issue found during the Mot and were very informative. They were punctual in carrying out the test and the car was ready at the allotted time. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.
Brilliant service from Ben and the team. I needed some work doing following my MOT. They called me up and explained everything in detail, what work was needed and why. They were then able to do everything on the same day, which was brilliant. I've been a few times now and will continue to be a loyal customer for all my on going car needs as they are fab. Thank you!
